Could this work?

I just had this really amazing idea for *possible* fast experience.

What you do is go to a PvP/Bounty/Bounty +1 world with a whip, defender, rune boots, rune gloves (from RFD) and just fight a friend at duel arena.

whenever either of you gets to low hp, just heal using a nurse at the arena. you can also recharge prayer very easily since there is an altar like right there.

oh course, there is always the chance of getting pjed but i guess if you carry food and d'hide just in case, you can just run to the bank.

my reasoning is that with piety + high strength bonus + no armour you will be smacking very high hits often and should gain alot of experience.

you can just get high str gear and use prayer doing armoured zombies

You have to do Defenders of Varrock for Armour Zombies but it is fast xp and the alter for prayer is just above you with a ladder. It has rannar and some other nice drops mixed in with all the junk too. So you can actually make some gp.

you would have to heal almost after every 2 hits...so healing would take just as much as fighting, maybe even more. So no, it's wouldn't really pay off.

just go AZ's its faster and makes money.

Yeah I've been doing AZ's for a couple days and its really really good money. I made around 700k is ~200k Defense experience. it also helps if you bank after a full inventory of herbs (takes 20-30 minutes)

Or you could just go train properly.

Duel Arena doesn't work in those worlds and you might as well just use it in a regular world anyway your reasoning for that makes no sense unless you want to BS your clanmates.
