3) Will you be able to get the 'Required WG Fighting Gear' within a month of joining?yep, i have 7m atm, got ancient statuette like 5hours ago, if i need more ill get it.

well i was new to the clan, so idk clan rank, i got kicked cause i wasnt in the cc very much, cause i have another good friend, friends > clan i barely know?
thats why i like how wg has the best community
5) What Country are you from? (And if you know it, Timezone)America, California, idk time lol
6) On average, how many hours per week would you normally spend on Runescape? of this, how long would you be willing to spend at WG events? 10-15 10 minimum, sometimes irl gets in the way though
7) Are you currently a Member of RuneScape, or a Free Player of RuneScape? im a MEMBER, if i am not a member at any time, i will be members any minute after im nonmember

9) Have you read and agreed to abide by our rules found in step one of the introductions forum? yep, i have no blackmarks if that is a concern?

Everything is in order except for question "8" - "Please post a picture of yourself in our IRC Channel. For help with this, post in Guest Talk."
IRC is short for Internet Relay Chat and it's another form of communicating.
By this, we do not mean the Clan Chat (CC)
You can get easy access to IRC (it's all free btw) if you download SwiftKit.
If you need any help, then do not hesistate to ask!
