I completely apologize for my mistake, all the members in WG.
There was one person who deserved to be promoted.

This was Mmangler. He's stuck through with WG for such a long time, never complained about ANYTHING, and is more than happy to learn new things with WG. He may be on the quiet side, but he's a dedicated member that has proven that he has what it takes to be promoted in WG.

I once again sincerely apologize, and take all the blame for this promotion not going on when it was supposed to.

Congratulations, Mmangler(Lee). You definitely deserved this promotion.
