P90X

By Havochaha on 04/12/2009
Anyone hear of this exercise program P90X? A friend of mine from rugby was telling me about it. It's apparently a 90 day exercise program that will get you ripped by the end of the 90 days. Now I'm not fat and I'm in no need of losing weight and neither is my friend who's using it so if your interested in losing weight I can't say anything about it.

Its expensive as hell (100 something dollars). I'm downloading it on bit torrent atm (40 gig). So if your interested ill pm you the torrent link.

Wondering if anyone here has done it or heard anything. I'm going to do it nonetheless the replies here just wondering if anyone wants to do it with me it would be fun.

It's pretty intense. A couple of my buddies did it over the summer. I think maybe 2 of the 9 finished the entire program.

Basically, the program gets you to burn 3000 calories a day but only lets you eat about 2500 so obviously you're going to loose weight.

If you can't stick to the diet, you're going no where.

I don't have time for these things right now. Eat, sleep(when I can) and study mode for me right now.

PS - The guys who made it past day 60 were pretty toned but they've all gone back to their normal selves since they don't work out anymore.

Forget 90 days, do it in 28.

If Cristiano Ronaldo can do it, you can do it too.

My brother and dad did this for about 2 weeks. They toned up a little and definitely lost weight.

Yeah I work at a sports store and I know both customers and employees that I work with who have used it and it does work. Although it's not like the pictures on the box where you'll get ripped like those guys you see. But if your looking to tone up or lose a little weight it does work. And I've also heard that it does kick the shit out of you and you definitely have to stick to it. I personally think the Gyms better because you can start at your own intensity and work your way to getting toned and ripped. If you want to stay toned and rip it needs to be a lifestyle, not a 90 day program once a year.
