Perhaps move this topic to level 3 or 2 as verification. Be sure to emphasise this as a
4 week suspension and not a demotion... unless the behavior continues. He can't get away from it.

Who in the clan has led before? Let's try to be a bit supportive. It is only 4 weeks and I am hoping Lee will be ready to lead upon his return.

Maybe you could ask lets say Steve, Jess, Joe or Tweek. I really don't know who all has led or how good they are but our pvp really can't take a beating for this. We want to have people ready to follow Lee on his return to his position too.

Our ML is only 60 people we will have to pull together now to make this work. We can't start fighting among ourselves. What is done is done whether we like the outcome of it or not.

There is not a winning/losing side in this. Just pull together now and do what is best from this point on for the clan.

Tbh I wouldnt follow Tweek down a dark alley.
We have a warlord and two raid leaders. Things will work out they always do.
I realize Lee has Wg's best interests at heart. He is a wonderful raid leader and only was doing what he did out of desperation and frustration.

I think Stokenut would be good while Lee is away. If he is into it, I don't know. He should be since he applied for Council and wants to bring back the fighting in WG.

Let steve lead. I don't care if lee is the only capable one. His behavior is unworthy of the rank. If someone is a dickhead, the fact that they are best suited to a job should not make them immune. I may be leading from the sidelines but I know enough to make the call. If I let this slide it would be bias. That lee can't lead is his fault alone. If you ask him to,lead that is cool, but he is not a raid leader and does not have th3 authority that comes with that. Lee, the fact that you are laughing at this is just further insulting us. You know how much I enjoy chatting with you but I am in leader mode. Don't take this as a sign I don't like you.
