If I missed anyone please post below.

Our TS meeting started right after a raid. Lee had a rant to share with us about skippers and inactive staff members. This was the start to a heated discussion about many things. We had beat up NI, but when we came up to a clan our own strength, a tougher clan, people just started to leave. It was apparent to Lee that not all the people who left in a 10 min time really had to leave. It is noted that binding has improved but spamming still needs some improving.

War Practice

I tried to change the subject to allow things to cool down a bit. Keanu suggested we have more simply fun pvp events that are for members to vs members even if just in steel. It would be helpful to use a non BH world and not pressure people to spend gp.

Later it was suggested that we have 2 practices a month with one being mandatory each month.

Mark your calendars now, we have a big event planned for public karaoke event. George is planning to post on RSC and TipIT. He is working out the details to make sure we can all fit on ts together. More details to be posted.

Application Managers

We discussed that application managers and mentors could be a rank in the clan to help the council out. It could be a combined positon with a title. Randy has been ap manager before and talked about it not being that fun. It was mentioned that Bam, Joe and Tweek have shown interest. The suggestion included that it would be a position to apply for.



ARPK

I brought up that we need a guide to make sure we know our rules with one on one pking. If anyone is interested on working on one, please post below. As Jenny said, the clan ARPK on raids really isn't an issue because now everyone on pvp is there to fight.

Keanu is going to make us a guide Raiding for Dumbies and Lee will approve it.



Training Prayer

Prayer has become very expensive with D bones being almost 5 k each. If you need some gp maybe kill dragons.

Clan Activity

Darth shared that we currently have 60 on our ml. 25 of those are active members.

We had a brief discussion of how TS could be more active and who is active on TS. This needs to improve and actually is very fun. Try to log on ts when you come on rs or irc and see how it helps with boredom.

Anniversary Events

It is believed that we will have our Anniversary celebration in January.

Warn Levels

This was discussed briefly and warn lvls will always be given out when wars are discussed in our public lobby. We have to keep this information secure. Staff has the final say about all of this.

Who was the very first clan?? Was it THE or Sabres?

This question came up and Sabres has 20 years of clanning. Anyone know an older clan post here for some interest.

Sabres is oldest RS clan. THE migrated from some other fail game after Sabres were here.
