The gist of what Gene said is this:
Leecable has been demoted to Elite Guardian for four weeks for showing behaviour that is not expected of someone of your position. The rank will be returned on Friday 8th January at 2pm EST/7pm GMT if the behaviour improves.

If you're gonna punish people, either punish everyone equally or no one.

So the 'best' staff member skips raids to corp.
I highly doubt that's the 'best' staff member.
Honestly its nothing against him personally, like sure I love bosses too.
But when you're skipping a mandatory clan event to do it, that's where I draw the line.

Breaking rules deserves a punishment does it not? No matter how "dedicated" the member is, he broke a rule, and is he really even that dedicated if he skips to corp?

Lee broke a rule, we all knew George was inactive, hell he knew it, but flaming wasn't the way to put your point out there. I know you've tried many things lee, but you must've knowon how this would all end. You know better.


Breaking rules = punishment. You guys all want to get tougher with punishments but whenever someone you likes gets punished it's "OMGF DIS IS FUPPING BULLSHIT MAN@@@@@" Well Tough. Lee's a big boy I'm sure he can handle his punishment.

Well deserved. I support Lordy's decision 100%. A total demotion may have been too far as Lee is quite a capable Raid Leader but you can't say that and get away with it.

And fyi, it was 1 raid, not mandatory, and it contained only 5-6 people.
The "raid leader" at the time said I didn't have to go either.

I've seen lots of WG skip so it would be quite hypocritical.

The real issue is I know you're not a chronic raid skipper and then you blatantly blatantly skip the raid. At least pretend that you're not so we can have some doubt to comfort ourselves instead of yeah I didn't feel like it and leave your private on friends. It's insulting, next time just slap everyone in the face it would save a lot of time.

I think I needed it though, I feel better about certain things. Its hard to describe. I'm looking forward to December 15th when things settle down.z
