Thinking of Stepping Down..

I'm sorry, i thought i could be more active than this when i posted my application. As i said before, school work has picked up a bit and being my last year of school i don't want to screw this up.
I'm not doing as much as a raid leader should be doing, and it would be selfish for me to keep this rank while being this active and harming the clan, whereas someone who is more active could fill this position. There are a few people who i'm sure will do a great job as raid leaders, or even have done before.

If needed i can stick around until you open apps or get a replacement and i will do my best to do what i can.

o yah and i'm not leaving, or going emeritus or anything just um Garden rank plz

Makes sense. Stick around till we fill a raid leader position? Try as best as you can not to let things slow down too. We don't need to be receeding right now a month before the anniversary.

Yeah understandable. It's really hard for you to help out with most of our big fights because they aren't exactly friendly with your time and the Aussie raid hasn't been going on as much lately (was hoping you would have time to lead that one )

I guess we'll have to open applications for Raid Leader soon seeing as how we need to replace Lee as well... just stick around with the rank for a bit until then.

yeah no problem ill stay till we get someone, and i have been hosting the aussie raid, only did miss out on one or maybe 2, just its pretty late by the time its over i just go to bed straight after, last week i gave the attendance to lee and asked him to do the recap but umm yh

Yeah we need to open the raid leader apps for TWO people know as Lee won't be returning...
