Hopefully Lee will realize that the few people who are truly upset over what he did do not share the same opinions of the entire clan. When he does, I hope that he will come back as our Raid Leader.

What Lee did was wrong, however he has accepted his punishment with good grace.
He has since apologised to me, something which must have taken a lot of courage, and in light of this I have forgiven him.
My vote :
Yes - definitely. He is a most capable leader and it would be a real shame if we are to lose his leadership.

Everyone agrees that he did wrong, however the people who punished him only made it a TEMPORARY punishment for that very reason.
If it had been anyone else it would most likely have resulted in a permanent demotion and a suspension, but not for Lee because he has proven himself committed, dedicated and a great leader in WG.
Lee if you don't want to come back as RL, I completely understand, however please do think hard about it

Oh I agree with you. I feel that when someone does something wrong, they should be punished or at least given a warning (depending on what what happens).
I truly think the majority of the clan wants Lee to come back. Its just a few people who are really using this as an excuse to flame Lee and say what they really feel about him. Lee shouldn't take this people seriously because they are either just jealous at his success or how well liked he is.

Did you ever wonder why athletes get into physical confrontations with people. Well, when interviewed the athletes admit that aggression is part of their makeup and it gives them part of the drive to win. Lets take Lee, I suspect that the adrendeline was pumping after that fight and it just got the best of him. So lets forgive and move on...
