Needs moar RL

Well hello there.

With Lee 50/50 on coming back and Zemus stepping down I think we need a few more.
If we want WG to grow PvP-wise I'd rather have too many RL than too few.

If you hold elections the only possible candidates are Cody and Maths + Stoke said he'd try and convince Snowzak.

I thought the idea we already had in place was to open them up after council elections were over.

Yeah i agree, better to have a few more instead of a few too less.
There are definately some capable members who could do it,

Also i may be staying, i'll discuss that at the meeting.

1-2, Depending if Moose leaves in middle or strength of potential raid leaders. Be good if we get this done soon. We can peek with active Council/El/Rl through this month leading into the anniversary. Sound like an awesome plan?

Id say look at the quality of the applicants, if you think there are 2 who would do really well then promote 2, if only one stands out then 1.

I'd try and go for 2 though.
