Our recruitment and Trials are our future. I need to make sure they are graduating.
Trials
Vizions1 - accepted Dec 9 Application was from 12 - 1 Friends with Bryan. He is an adult that has a massive job just came up. Seems very dedicated to coming to WG. He just may need some extra time cause of his work schedule.
Klothsdaname - Accepted Dec 9 He's 14 years old and doesn't know what fap is. Try not to overly educate the guy. Very nice and loves loves WG. He really seems to love WG. Friends with Bryan.
Maaaddenman - Have had little contact with him so far.
Hitmann - Great member talks to me often and seems to be fitting in great. He doesn't seem to chat to his mentor much.
Base Crawl - Nice person. He is having trouble with Mumble. I will check with him again. I've pm him a few times trying to help. May have to get Robbie to help.
Hamfield3 Really nice guy and old school.
Bryan 30 Really nice to have back hopefully he doesn't quit rs again.
Things for me to think about:
1. Get the emeritus pms going soon. (sorted waiting responses)
2. Plans for making gp for those that don't 76k or boss hunt (nice green dragon event being done.) (Maths made a point on this and we have had some trips.)
3. Visit fansites and sorta recruit by being friendly on general threads. (Checked on the threads again Jan 6 and pm some of the good possibilities for WG. Bumped Tip It.)
Two new volunteers to recruitment team:
Bryan and Zak(Snow)
4. Read all of lvl 3 (Not done yet)
5. Make a suggested training schedule for getting members to lvl 105 over a 15 week schedule. Need to start a list of exp gained and watch them closer I think. (this idea may have been good in theory but didn't work out. To many trolls in WG on Keanu atm. He has begun training now.)
6. Look for the link from Gene on Emeritus in AI. (could not find)
7. Remind people to get Mumble and help them. (I think most people are set up. Need to recheck on KO and Base.) done

Hitman - He's friends with DZ/Robbie, and he's ex-WG, so why not?

I'm sceptical about Hitman1_Cs.
Last night he spent several hours bugging me because he couldn't get on IRC, despite Robbies help.
He wouldn't listen to the instructions I was giving him.
In the end I had to go and register the nick myself. He then told me to go fuck myself after I explained that it was his fault and not WG's that he couldn't follow simple instructions.
I don't want him here.

At the boxing event today Hitman said he was going to be f2p so he would not be playing much so idk.
