After this war against TBE, and a few other past wars, one problem we've had is, in the opening stages, people simply can't find the pile.
I'm just pointing this out, i think it is one of our main problems in wars recently

We need practice tbh, clans do hugging-hybrid practices alot everyweek, and we haven't had one ever.
Infact, I bet half our members don't know the shortkey for running.
A few of these practice events would be good, prehaps a mini fight against our allies like we did versus TBE.
To find the main pile they need to be on TS and see who we are spamming. Communication is the key.

Yeah I agree.
Not putting blame on anyone, but last night at the TBE war I could only know the pile from the calling on TS, however because I was lagging, and also because there were over 100 people at that war last night, I could not find the person we were piling in RS at all
Tbh all we need is practise to iron out these problems

I know I have trouble finding where the person to pile is when I attend wars... Also, I tend to lag when there are greater numbers of people on screen... Dial up ftl...
