We have to take action and cut the bull shit.
All that the members are seeing right now is "Gene out", and "merge with RoT".
They have seen nothing else from the rest of the leaders, we have to fed them twice as much positive and they are seeing negative.

A good start would be, after the war late this after noon. Hold a TS/Mumble meting let them know were every thing is headed and what plans we have. Let them now that we will be holding more P2P and P2P skill rounding events.

We have to do something about all the fighting, everyone is stressed out. Its around holidays people see the slump and first instinct is "OMG we are dieing" and the drama llama is going around full force this year. So need to be a lot more strict, we have to gain some respect some were.

The first leaving post has been made, this time of year when someone leaves it kindles a flame in the rest of the remaining members who have any doubts on our stability, with each negative thing that happens after this (a loss, a fight,getting a warn level, another leaving topic, what ever it my be) the flame is fed until this person gives up them-self.

We are in this together, we need to stick together, we can turn this boat around.

A ts/mumble meeting would be a great idea. Amazing how things sloped so quickly, but we can bring it back up again. Maybe hearing the leaders voice and discussing issues people are concerned with will mellow everyone out.

Use this week for a foundation of recruitment as well leading into next month and so on.

This had to hit at the worst time for most of us. Christmas being so busy. I volunteer a good bit.

I've already heard from a few other high levels they plan on leaving too. I am doing what I can to help with that.
