We have our WG Awards Coming Up.

We're going to need an underbanner for each of them, and that's a lot:

I'm willing to do a few, but if anybody wants to help out making the underbanners, feel free to do a few categories.

For now, we don't have the member names to put on them, as the awards haven't been voted yet (should happen within a few days).
But we can start creating the background, the font for each award.

Guidelines:

-40x400
-A shade of rather light purple.
-Include a gradient or another method to create a 3D effect
-A border obviously
-Have "Wilderness Guardians Winter Awards 2008" printed in the lower right side, in Verdana, size 9
-You can eventually include a small representative image of the award, that shouldn't take more than 10 pixels of width

Remember, keep your .PSD files until the awards are voted on, so that you can include the name of the winner!

OMG... That's a lot... But if they are all pretty much the same with only cosmetic differences, it would be easier to make them... Idk if I'll do them or not yet. And I always keep my psd files.

Well I'm pretty sure the thing that'll take the biggest amount of time is "personalizing" the banner to the award with an image or some funky font.

That's mainly what I need. Creating an underbanner to be repeated isn't hard aside from that

EDIT: I think I already see winners for some of them, like Cut most often at matched opts, Most likely to be muted and Best Overall BHer.

pic of whatever it is can go in the orb, colors of text/orb/sideborder/background can all be different. I just like teh shape

of course i'll refine it and make it kewl and all that later, but thats the basic idea.
