You, or at least myself, could easily tell that this forum was created by Abs.
Abs loves Harry Potter. Level 1 3/4 resembles Platform 9 3/4?

Mango, you and I both know that any important information barely ever gets below level 3. Even then lol.

And no lol, the Mod forums are quite alive...or do you mean the actuall Moderator forums? Well we have a combined one called just 'Level 3'. But the Mod ones were quite inactive lol, except me assigning jobs to Community Leaders every sunday xD..>Well most of the time lol..I tried
And yeah, One & Three Quarters indeed. Originally, the Application Manager forum was called Two & Three Quarters, but Eugene hated the idea of another rank called App Manager with another forum. He warmed up to the idea however..but he didn't like '"Two & Three Quarters" so he just called it "Application Manager Forum" which is now a sub forum under Level Three...
Yada yada, I could go on all day lol.

Now that I think about it -- Back when we were mods, our forum was pretty full considering how little of us were there.

Level 3 got a fair amount of replies but it seemed like only a new topic every week or two.
Level 4 at the time was getting like 2-3 topics daily

Yeah, because you guys were almost always busy. lol
We were the policemen; You were the Police chief(s).
There was only so much we could decide on. The rest was up to you guys (the council).
