In order for things to be successful the leadership and Elite guardians have to be behind the idea. I need to know if you are or not.

At the mumble meeting on Feb 21, it came up that the clan needs more practice. Do you believe that it should be a mandatory event more often. Is it better to have 5 or 6 people to show up or totally ignore the need for any practice? Some say we need 20 for a practice but often we don't have that many show up for a raid or event.

I personally support practice and will go to as many as I am online for. I may not get better by going but just maybe being there will help someone else.

These practices could help our leaders be faster at pile calling switching or whatever as well. Could even help some of the members use the right gear or be better prepared for the real war. Being more comfortable with switching robes and rune or whatever.

If you are someone that can't be bothered to help others, then simply say it. It is better for us to see your view then hide behind 5 people doesn't mean anything at a practice. If you truly think that to few people is a problem then give some suggestions to help with the attendance.

Well for one thing make them mandatory sign ups.

A second thing, if you do have a small turn up, make everyone wear steel instead of rune, it makes it much more of a challenge. If you're doing f2p that is.

Chimpy's right. If you lack people you can always make them wear nothing but a rune scim and robes, or even forbid protect from melee if you have an extremely low pull (replacing protect from melee by another overhead for the sake of practice).

Even small practices can be useful if you manage to drag trial members or failed tanks who just need spam clicking practice.

Yes, if it actually makes sense. 5 people in full rune is stupid.

Needs to be done, The new members need the experiance.

Of course - all practice is good practice. Remember that.

And have people ranging ffs melee binds practice is useless.

Would it be possible to try and set up a weekly war pratice against our allies so we have a better time of helping each other train new members i personally think this could work with a clan like The Sabres
