Anyone know of a freeware animation program?

Something that'll let me save as a movie file and will get me more frames per second than Windows Move Maker...

Um... find one that you have to pay for that you'd like to use, go on torrents or have someone else go on torrents for you and download it.

If you're afraid of using torrents, tell me the program you want and I'll see if I can get it and the crack for you.

I don't have anything particular in mind, feel free to recommend me something.
