Need This Image

Can someone with a lot of photo talent for the love of the sea make this image?
I need it in a CGI style, so Nay cartoons, Nay live photos.

Details

Everything drawn be a background image. It will be centered.

1. A sword hilt. It's not drawn to scale. It's gotta be a one-handed sword, made of silver with a black leather hilt. Look at Anduril for an example. The hilt can't be too long though because i want the title near the top. So just one hand's width plus a short bit on the end. Don't make the horizontal part too shiny. Keep it rather plain as that's where the title goes. So it needs to be thick enough to draw enough attention to the title.

2. Hands holding a parchment scroll. The monthly selections will go over that, and I can edit that myself in HTML. I want the effect of the parchment being in a candlelit room, so use a warm light as if they were holding it in front of a campfire. The hands should cast some shadow. Play with the intensity, since I want the shadows fairly strong.

3. These smaller banners be for the main pictures. They need to curl around the sword so that they don't look like they were just stuck over. The image I gave be pretty rough so it looks like they were stuck over. Make them large enough to attack attention but not thicker than the sword hilt for the main page title.

4. The sword continues down. Now since there will be varying numbers of photos each month, this background image needs to be a segment of the sword that can be repeated as necessary. It thins out to the point at the end.

I wager I've given plenty of detail on that. Now I be TERRIBLE with HTML so once these images be made, I need another member to put them into a HTML document as background centered images, and then send me the html file to put the photos on top.

Definitely something for Keanu/Dallar/Sam to look at. I am horrible at creating things out of the blue.

I'm completley fluent in HTML and CSS so I can do that bit.

Has everyone forgotten about this? I'm still waiting for the image.

Not forgotten.. I just can't do what you're asking for.. I'm horrible at coding

My attempts on Photoshop sucked as you know. As a last resort, I could attempt a pixel art version on Paint if you want. However, considering the size of the image, that will take weeks.

Edit: Dallar if you do the CGI, I can do all the coding for it.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS4 compliments of my dad's friend but not a clue how to use it.

Best I came up with and it sucks BUT AT LEAST I MADE MY OWN SCROLL INSTEAD OF USING ONE OFF GOOGLE IMAGES

2nd progress point:



I added some texture and color changes to make the banners/scroll seem more worn and realistic.

Still to do:
sink script from blade (if ye want it gone, it's easy)
divide image into sections (easy with layers, sword can easily be split up)
make sword hilt smaller (easy with photoshop cs4/5's CONTENT AWARE SCALING WOO!)
and whatever else ye want done, say the sailor

Oh and also, the top silver part of the hilt.
Could ye shorten it and just stick the knob onto the black bit?
It's a little too long and that means the title be too low.

progress #3: shortened up the handle(I LOVE PHOTOSHOP IT MADE IT SO EASY YARGH!), made the scroll bigger(SAME THING YARGH!, it can still be bigger if need be, stretching might occur), made the banners look a little cleaner, added epic text



still to do:
sink sword script, divide image into sections, clean up entire picture

edit: ALSO forgot to put the shadow back on the scroll, i have it done in my .psd now.

Will it be easy for me to move those banners up and down according to how much space I need for the photos? Don't forget, this image will be changing every month, which I why I asked for a sword with variable length where the banners could me moved around.

And also, Every month will not be December 2009, so I'd prefer Nay writing at all.

The final touches I need to suggest:

* Is it possible to replace the purple and red banners with this image instead?

* I really like the old sword with the markings. Is it not possible to create a repeating figure like that? This sword looks a bit cartoony. I think a lot of it has to do with the tip of the blade. The tip of Anduril looks much hotter.
