There were some major problems at the war:
As always there are three issues in warring

-Motivation/Numbers- we pulled 13 to a matched opts designed for 20 few members were found out skipping or even had no knowledge of the event. Whether its checking the posts or being lazy
-Binding- Atleast half the people all the time were wearing rune if not more. Robes should be on if ur not getting attacking/piled.
-Organisation-People were everywhere and i mean everywhere get on the pile and listen to the callers.

Everyone needs to work on these problems and when we do ill ask for a RM and we will win.

Practice makes perfect so for every war we loose its another one we will win down the track.

Any Question about these rules Ask before i dont want people making mistakes during the war i will happily answer any question.

We have a few new raid leaders being chosen this week so this is a good time to take charge and really show iniatitive. I want 3 simple key areas being focused on at this war:
1. Organisation piling (This is not just about leaders members need to be aware)
2. Binding- Simple as it sounds but for some reason it is an area of problem- Watch Guides found on the forum if in need help
3. Snipers- We need 2 PRO tanks in this position- If you are willing or able to post bellow and i will make a choice prior to leaving

I hate how people get hit like a 10 while binding so they get scared and don't bind the rest of the fight.. Honestly do you people realize that we're losing because they WALK away from our piles?

Look we haven't had a f2p war in ages, were going to have more. I need everyone to maintain a positive attitude and see what they can do better next time.

Also I'd like to reiterate that these events are mandatory if you are online. I don't tolerate skipping from members.
