RSN names on TS3

Randy suggested to me having it mandatory that everyone have their TS3 name be like their RSN? I think its a great idea and can help us identify people.
Yes or no? What do you think?

Use of RSN's is a necessity IMO to eliminate all confusion.
Another thing regarding TeamSpeak 3, could we possibly get a password on the server? I don't think the TS is intended for ex-members, and it just reduces confusion on who is who.

You don't mean the forum registration thing do you? That seems more trouble than what it's worth, IMO.
