Our New Mentors

I would like to change our mentors around a bit:

They have to be Elite Guardian to be mentor.

Rob has been doing a great job for us as mentor. I would like to give him a promotion to Elite Guardian and Mentor officially. I feel it is deserved and a good choice. I think Rob is American so that will give us Joe and Rob as American mentors. I really want Rob as mentor for sure though. This would be something to be announce about July 7th or so. That way we can still give him motm. Which he also deserves.

Then for other two, I was thinking replace Bam and Don.

Others that would make great mentors but would need to be promoted is Keanu and Garrett. I would not object to adding them to this months promotions if you feel they are good for the rank. If we do this, I sorta would like to keep it just to council and surprise everyone. These two really work hard for the clan and it would be well deserved too.

If we stick to who is on Elite Rank now. Zemus and David would be my choices.



This month we are promoting Mark to Higher and Rob for MOTM.

Please let me take care of the mentor program as it is close to my heart and I love making sure the members are well adjusted in the clan. The mentors really need to have a passion for the clan and for helping people.

Of course all staff are possible mentors as well. We want to keep close to the members. It makes us very approachable.

Hmm i mean I know Joe is a great guy at heart but his behavior hasn't been that of what we expect from a role model as a mentor should be, any considerations in replacing Joe with Rob rather than just adding him to the team?

I know Joe isn't always the model member, but he is mostly good with his mentees. He really needs to work on his social skills too. I usually follow his mentees a bit myself. I'm not ready to give up on Joe just yet. I like him on the team too, because he really works at the war trainings for his mentees.

So which two for the others?

Keanu, Garrett, Zemus and David

If you think Keanu or/and Garrett, we would include their promotion to Elite for the month. That way they have the rank for mentor.

I think Zemus and David are probably ideal for the job, I like Garrett and Keanu but they are still missing something, I think they just perhaps need to grow a bit more.
