Moved the recruitment drive

Its doing nothing under clan matters. I don't believe its cluttering announcements, it is so important at the moment and needs attention every day.
Hope everyone is okay with this decision. I'm pretty adamant about this one.

Yea I agree, knew it wasn't going to get any attention where it was placed.
On another note ill be back hopefully by Saturday, my PC should be sorted out in the next day or so but its my 21st on Thursday and i'm having a party Friday night.
