I think I went through somewhat the same thing as you are going through. I thought it over and made my mind to stay.

well i have been in many clans and clan leaders always were in touch with me except this one..
second i dont have much to talk with 15 years olders no offence...Its not ur fault its kinda mine in every clan i go to i look for intellectual people tho in rs its like looking for blue phat on the floor...I met really good people at age 15 and lots of losers at age of 40 so what im trying to say is..When i try to talk about culture,politics,economics,history etc ; people i talk to dont have much knowledge or interest about these subjects so its kinda talking to a wall..

If you couldnt find the topics you were looking for perhaps you were looking in the wrong place?
I know several people within this clan that I would happily spend hours just talking, actaully come to think of it I have spent hours talking to Valdremia about any issue from politics to how my university education is going.
Seriously, I will now look at the issues you have raised 1 by one:
Leaders not 'in touch':
I cant see any problem with the way Abs leads WG, sure he may not be on at all times in your timezone but I am sure if you ever had any issues you could give him a forum PM to sort them out?
In regard to the 15 year older's comment, how old are you then? If you're anything near the age I guess you are then perhaps you need to learn to interact with people of a similar age? Maybe they're a few years younger, but most of this clan is 4-5 years younger than me and I find I get along fine.... Sure sometimes when people come along with their poorly reasoned arguments on forums it can be annoying sometimes but I have learnt to deal with that.
Seriously, their age shouldnt matter, the fact is in the end we're all people that choose to spend some (or allot) of their life in front of a computer screen playing an online game.... surely creates a common ground no matter the age?
