Chimpy: If you didn't know I was banned for making my old account "WG CLOSE FFS". Obviously not the brightest of moves, and i can honestly say sorry for that and if it made any of you mad, obviously it did make some mad. I did it as a joke, but in all honestly was kind of serious at the time. I had some mixed feelings about WG after I left, and not all good ones, most of you know why. ANYWAYS, I'd like to say I'm sorry for doing that, and everybody knows I just want the best for WG, and all the hard feelings have long sinced washed off. I'd just like to be able to access #wg_lobby to chat to old frands and stuff, forums would be nice too but meh. And also I haven't flamed any wg members since I left (sept Joe), and I promise it won't happen ever (sept Joe), since I was known as a flamer in WG but I don't really think I was that bad :S. Also Lordy, since I know this decision is going to be yours in the end, I know we butted heads in the past, but I always respected you although not necessarily agree with you, so please be easy on the chimp :>. So yeah, UNBAN CHIMPY PLS :<!!!

I did that mass unbanning a while back and since then we've all agreed to keep bans as they are.

Some people have a weird sense of humor, maybe Chimpy was one of them. Every time I've talked to him he was talking about wanting to get unbanned and join again.

But if he's been flaming Joe then wtf?

I really don't have any warm places in my heart for people that ditch us during our worst times. How would you feel if you were abandoned by your friend when you really needed them? We were at an all time memberlist low, low morale, low activity, what he did was kick dirt in our eyes after he left.

Fair weather friends are a dime a dozen and slip through your hands like sand grains in the desert. Why settle for that when we have an awesome group right now? I wouldn't.

Bans are permanent. Gene himself decided this after too many wish-washy moments. Lets have a backbone and move on. Chimpy can talk to his WG friends outside our IRC and forums. Theres a whole internet of MSN, Runescape, Facebook, email, whatever you want to talk to him. Just not here.

Furthermore, we agreed it would take a lot more to warrant a ban Randy.
