Yeah, Promotions are a tad early. If you really want to know, it's because we're going to have Council Elections.
Right well, anyone with Higher Guardian+ can apply for Council.
So please state who you think will be a good candidate for Council & who deserves a promotion.

Hmmm. This is hard. I really don't see any normal guardians that have been in this clan long enough to be in council.
Though just for the promotions bit, I think that General199 has been very active, supportive and contributed a lot towards WG
EDIT: Look at the attendance lists, Me9alomaniac has a great attendance record for this timezone, though its questionable whether he deserves another promotion just because of that
Chip54321 is also very active, and he should be considered this time round after missing out last time because he was too new.

For promotions - One I see, but I think it has been too short a time to promote to higher, is Aardvark39. He's only just graduated.
For Council....
I've gone over the member list 3 times... and it's hard trying to think of nominations.
Cam - Except he won't be as active soon due to school exams.
Buzz - Get of CoD4 and come skill!

After thinking about it for a while earlier I could think of very few people that deserve to be promoted....
My one thought was amanda (assasin0222), I often see her in IRC and she seems to be very friendly (though I am not sure about her event attendance).
For once I also think we should have a demotion this month, I think Quikdrawjoe should be demoted back to regular Guardian as since getting promoted to higher he has flamed several members and basically become arrogant. I have seen this happen in the clan I was in with him previously, after acheving the rank of 'warlord' he begun flaming and generally turned into a totally different person, obviously I would prefer if that didnt happen again.

This is true, if you were to delay aplications to the summer i would most deffinately apply.
Umm for promotions,
Chip54321 - Guardian --> Higher Guardian - Overall good attitude, and i see him alot at events.
Anatcrafter - Higher Guardian --> Elite Guardian - Always active in the irc and on rs and i see him at nearly every event that i do to.

I'm inclined to agree that maybe we should speak to Joe.

Also I'm with Cam, I will once again apply (if allowed) the second I get home from my last exam on June 12th at around 11am
