Recruit. Recruit. Recruit!

We are losing more members than we are gaining. We are losing our advertisement methods, we cannot just rely on people luckily stumbling on Wg & joining, and managing to stay for a long period of time. That happens probably once every 6 months.

That's why we need to encourage mass recruitment, we are in desperate need of more members, that's why we're turning to you, the members of WG, to help get more members of Wg. This will increase our Community size, and have more members to rely on when needed.

For the Fighting Sector, we have 55 Members. We need much more joining the Fighting Sector.
For the Skilling Sector, we have 47 Members. People can't bond with members if there are none attending events.

This is why we need EVERYONE to recruit at least one person. This will double the members coming in.

Methods of Recruitment

1. Runescape Community - As all of you know, this is the clan worlds major system of communication through forums. Go to this forum:

Copy the Code for the RSC template, and paste it into topics in the RSC forum whom have the requirements to join the Fighting Sector. READ the topic, they might say something that they don't like, which is what might you accidentally post.
If there are Skillers, Do the same, we recruit for the Skilling sector as well. Skillers might later on join the Fighting Sector when needed. Please do the same for Sal's Forums, Tip.it, Official Rs forums, and other fansites.

2. In Game Recruitment - In game recruitment, this is risky, but it won't be if you keep off on referring to websites. In game recruitment is great because it's the least chance for a possible spy. If you are fishing with someone, if they meet the requirement for Skilling/Fighting Sector, then do a !clan search on the IRC. If they are from no major clans, ask them if they are interested to join a clan.

3. In game Recruitment Events - These consist of Firefests, Cabbage Bombing, Flower power, and so on. I know this can be a bit of a bore, but we are in a low state right now, and we are in need of members. So I plead you to join the Community Events that are hosted by Me & the Community Leaders. If you want to make a Recruitment event to show your dedication to the clan, PLEASE DO. I'll make if official, and it will happen. We need some good opts for these events, we need to show off our clan. Community Members, I'm going to make a activity requirement for Community Members, since they need to be some use. So come to these events.

4. Allied Events - Any sector can organise events with allies, as long as it is part of their sector. Our Allies are:

-Blades of Serenity (BoS)
-The British Elites (Tbe)
-3v0lution_X (3v0)
-Triforce (Tri - Soon to be)

We need our reputation to increase with all of the four clans, we can't do this without good attendance and good behaviour during the events. I will write a post containing rules and regulations when on an allied event. Seems like on Bounty Hunter, it is pretty much like a Food Chain, more attendance usually beats less attendance. We can't do that as we only pull 15-20 People. If we combine powers with others on Bounty Hunter, we will actually be successful and people will come back for more success, we just need to get the chain reaction going. So I plead you to come to these events.

5. Communication & Bonds - There is little fun talk in the IRC, it has been mainly arguments and hate. Where is the love? We cannot bond if our members hate each other. Drop whatever grudges you have now, and start over, a new leaf with every member. Click the refresh button. Say 'Welcome to Wg' and more on each Intro. Post support on Applications. Give a hello to everyone who enters #Wg & #Wg_Lobby, don't do a Bot style auto-greet, that's crap. Personally greet them, make them involved, make them feel loved. Talk to them, talk about their issues IRL and IRS. Spend more time bonding, it's worth the time.

If one of you post a recruitment template on one topic of a person who is looking for a clan, that's 40+ people who know about us and will take it into consideration.

Now imagine if everyone did that to three or four people.

Also don't be afraid to use Sal's or another fansite.

When you attend certain events.
People get curious... and ask. What clan is this?

And thats when you tell them, and hopefully maybe have recruited someone.

But please, we need more members everyone! try and recruit at least 1 person. that can increase our size by so much!

I could recruit alot more but Im afraid to tell them our website because of advertising.

I usually try to recruit the few 95+ there are on RHQ, I just tell them to train. I've only gotten 1 PM about WG.

ill try to start recruiting more people...im just not sure if any of my other rs friends would want to be in wg tbh
