[Done] War/IA Attendance

I want all staff, especially Council to review this. Then contact whoever is a concern. After you have done so, post here and leave a note. I will compile the list notes and put them next to everyone's name.

Were going to use this and possibly a few IA's to send PM's, Warn Levels and to sweep the inactives from our memberlist.

In a few days I want a staff meeting to finalize this list. Please try to up the recruitment as well. School is approaching and history has proven that this is likely the time we lose members. However try to get our inactives active.
