RECRUITMENT

We need to start recruiting more now. Every staff needs to be trying to recruit on websites/in game next coming weeks to months. School is going to lose us quite a few members. As well as the sweeps we had earlier and possibly from reactions to warn levels.
The future is uncertain if we don't act on it now.

I'll be 100% honest, I absolutely hate trying to recruit with a passion.
I'll say it a thousand times, I hate it I hate it I hate it. I only posted a recruitment blog because I was told I had to do it, and I haven't bothered to even try to recruit.
I guess I can try to post on TIF some more, though.

Ya but we can't be passive about it...
We have kajju that is leaving soon, which puts us below 60 members. I have heard of several members losing interest or school has come up. We NEED to recruit.
I really made this topic to alert everyone that things can go down in a hurry if you don't put the effort in. I really don't want to see that happen after all the good work last few months. I'll be personally trying to recruit every day, I'm putting away my RS goals for WG.

I'll admit. I have been slacking on trying to recruit since last time I did.
It really is draining when you are trying to keep in touch with everyone you recruit.
After a few of my real life priorities get finished with I will recruit my face off again.

We do need to work on recruiting, and I will try to help with that, but I will note one positive thing that I've noticed.
Our turnouts lately have been AMAZING to put it simply.
A couple of months ago we were lucky to get 15 to a week prep war.
The last couple of wars we have had upwards of 30 people which is half our memberlist.
I don't know if it's something we've done, or just that our newer members are picking up the slack of people who don't show up to wars, but I love the direction we're heading at the moment.

I feel exactly the same way as Kyle, but I suppose if it's really needed, and clearly it is, then i'll do my absolute best to motivate myself, and other members to recruit more often.
