my suggestion would be that people who are lvl 100 to 102 can be accepted but they have to be 102+ to get full member rank, what do you say?

Sounds good to me. I'm not gonna fight for this a whole lot, but it'd help member average and that jazz.

Prehaps you can become trial at 100 and in order to graduate 105 or something?

i just said 102 from the top of my head..105 would do too.
because we need that x factor which eliminates inactive members..so this would be great for that.
