How do 4 staff sign up for a war as yesses and then not attend? Especially the person who SET UP the war?

And Vephy, online on forums during war time?

The same people that talk about giving warn levels for skipping wars are the ones skipping the wars themselves. What message does this send to members? They will not take you seriously.

I mean, I got a warn level for not attending wars WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAY, let's not go into that again, but I will have to, if I and a few others get punished, while others, lol council, get away scott-free....

If you think speaking down to each other in staff in front of the members is a good thing then you are wrong. George you know that it is hard to be council. They ditched on you all the time for leaving a war just as it started. Like you looked like you were skipping.

I don't say i'm a good tank. I freely admit i'm not, but I try my hardest and that's all that matters. I still didn't get ko'ed. I ate all my food, I had prayer on, I run around a few times, I don't know how to do better....

Tried my best and ended up in more shit. Hasnt been a problem before. Vephy may have made a mistake because of the war switch in the middle of the week and there was some confliction a few events yesterday and today vephy was a bit confused about . People make mistakes i heard we pulled 29 people which is awesome for a 5 day prep thats 1 positive. Lay of Veph ill take blame for any mistakes you blame him for.

No problem, we need to focus on the clan and not blaming people. By what i heard we need tanking practise i did one on saturday but we need to organise a large scale one. Tempted to put it in place of the Allied Raid but people wont like that. We need the numbers and people not to go o nah war practice ill bbl.

I'm begging everyone. Please just get things done, don't fight each other in debate. Positive and immediate action is the way to go. If we need practice, make a bunch of them before the next war. Promote it, spam it in lobby, get it into the event tabs.

Why did we ever get rid of a tanking practice for a requirement?

I know a lot of people were mad about it, but if we just make it a requirement then new members can get the hang of it.

That and we can have a few before wars.

Then if we do one noone takes it seriously so we dont get enough ppl or they just fuck around.

But I'm saying we make it a requirement to go to one before you graduate to a guardian. That and keep an eye on people that consistently fail at tanking and try to work with them one on one. That's always better than doing it in a group.

I really think a cwri war against the Sabres was the way to go. For some reason we made it tanking practice though which did nothing. Maybe 1 war tanking practice to graduate within a month? We need these weekly, just practice wars where we focus our weakest tanks on getting better.

problem was just that to make a good practice we need 15vs 15 ishh and we werent close to that. Partially our fault but also sabres dont have the memberlist. Im not sure what we should do i have ideas but not sure if they would work.

The problem with the weekly tank practice requirement when it existed before, was that no one hosted them.
I mean, you may say NOW that you will host them, and you probably will for the first month or two, but after that, you won't, since members will hate them, but trials will NEED them to graduate.

Also - you have that timezone problem - if a trial guardian can't make the set practice time.... etc.

Asking all members to go to a weekly tank practice is hard, Even Monthly the best practice are actually wars. Joe had the idea if there wasnt a big pull to make every wear steel or something like that. I think a problem with our tanking is that people arnt exactly loosing much if they die. Like yeah they say they tried there best. But Maybe we should focus on some pvp wars so if ppl die they actually loose there armour giving an incentive to try there best to tank and be alert. A harsh possiblity but maybe a good 1.

Think about this now. The cakes gave you a smile for a moment. Now let's regroup and think about these practices. We need to sometimes take a bit of a break. I'll support practices and even hold a few. Just I'd prefer it not a scheduled like at this time and on this day type of event. Needs to be moved around a bit and different people to host it in my opinion.
