The two Council/Primary leaders didn't show up to the war today. Can you explain why? I was pretty pissed off, luckily Darth was on but I was way too busy to really prep anyone or moderate.
Look I'm getting burned out. Show me you care and do you're fucking work.

I was in bed sick today. Sorry, I would of probably been at work otherwise.

You didn't sign up as yes nor are a warlord. There are roles people have where they are most helpful and warlords should be helping in warring not creating a negative and flaky image of the leadership.

I'm really sorry dude. I went to lay my head down. I set an alarm but it didn't work. I'm very upset with myself.

Well don't fade away and beat yourself up on it. Just put up the gear thing you were doing for you're war and make a tank practice or something in the arena you picked.
