Just a note regarding TDM "Clan Ally" App's

So basically there is a very limited amount of people who can apply to be clan ally on our forums.
Even more clear is this:

Hang on I'm confused...
Are we allowed to register at all on those forums if we're not on that silly 10 person list?
Also cannot view those links, since I wasn't deemed worthy enough to have access

I have edited the rule, if you guys allow non-officials to have allied accounts as well, then you are free to allow him. (As long as you guys know who are the officials and who are not, to prevent confusion)
If you only allow officials to register, then you are free to deny his application if you wish.

I have edited the rule, if you guys allow non-officials to have allied accounts as well, then you are free to allow him. (As long as you guys know who are the officials and who are not, to prevent confusion)
