Respect for your peers

Recently several cases of arguments between members have come to my attention.
Not naming any names in particular here and do understand that this post isn't directed to an isolated case. Many cases have all come down to me being forced to enforce this.

The members of WG are your family. You will treat them with respect and under no circumstance are you allowed to verbally abuse your clan mates. Comments such as telling members to **** off or go and die are not acceptable. They hurt the feelings of your clan mates. You will now be punished for this and I'd just like to make it perfectly clear.

I can admit that I personally have problems with particular members of WG. Nobody is perfect and with a clan as large as WG it would be impossible for everybody to enjoy everybody. Sometimes there are just personality clashes. But that is no reason for me to say bad things about them or make my actions against them biased.

If you have a problem with another member, this is how you go about it:
-Try to sort it out politely in PM. If they abuse you back for trying to resolve something politely then inform a council member.
-Evade contact with that person while not allowing your vendetta against them be known to the public or influence any of your decisions regarding them.
-Get out of the clan. Because we don't want you.

Punishments will be handed out in the form of a verbal warning for your first offense. A 3 day ban for your 2nd and an outright ban for the 3rd.

We're all a big family. Now start acting like it.

You have been warned.

Yeah, don't show out your grudges in public. Try to avoid any sort of hostility held against WG members. Just ignore who annoys you.

The thing is try and get along, if you can't take a break, the person you hate isnt worth getting kicked out over. Then they win.

Much needed post. Too much e-drama has been occuring. It only hurts our clan to have arguing within ourselves. We should be one big loving family. Families do have disagreements, but families work them out and move on.

A very much needed Post steve. As i have said countless times... Those who work together, win together. WG is a family like you said, Yes there maybe arguements but do you want the public to know? i myself have been the cause of flames and been the back end of it. At the end of the day we are on Runescape to have fun, we are in WG to be apart of a growing community.

If we cannot get along then we will fall.

Alot of ppl join Wg for the family like community and if ppl flame then that community will not work. So like exactly what steve said, settle it in a pm if your gonna confront someone about it

Come on guys, fighting does not do anything but make everyone work more, get people pissed, and serves as a centrifugal force. Learn how to have respect for yourselves and for your peers. Once you do that then you can build trust.

Interesting. Family don't always get along but this one should. We play this game for FUN and nothing should get in the way of that. As we develop as one we will all enjoy the game at new heights as a whole.
