Keanu?

OK, well he was asking around if people wanted to DM him in f2p. So I agree'd. Deathmatch = DM. This means the gear you fight in, you die in. Its oldschool shit. Running from a DM = NO HONOR. If you agree the rules and agree to start the fight, you agree to DM.
Starts of fair, hitting away. We both turned up in corrupt drag btw, which cost me 4mil...I knew he would be in similar gear. But I asked if they're were any rules in which I have to abide be. He said no DG gear.
When he runs outa food, I was waiting for him to die, he runs and rebanks.
Next he continues to fight me, and kill me whilst I inform people in the lobby.
He the runs out of food again, and then runs off,
Mark and Danb can confirm this. Then we have a raid....and hes trying to get me to hop back to the F2P world, to give me a 76K. That is not how a DM works..and he bloody well knows it...

Why challange people to a DM, who are willing to fullfill their part of the bargain and suffer the consequences when you arent willing to do that yourself?
Add in the factor that you ran and rebanked, then CONTINUED trying to kill him while he was on the same inventory is just poor sportsmanship.

Why should Keanu be demoted?
If Keanu goes back and dies to Lee with what he was wearing previously as well as an apology I'd see no reason for a demotion.
Unless Lee died with full corrupt?
In which I would think Keanu owes Lee 76ks until what Lee lost was paid off and some extra for the troubles.
If all of the above fails then I would agree with a demotion.

I agree.
As much as I disagree with a 'member of staff' doing this to his own clan mates, a demotion is abit over the top. The only staff demotion I have seen ever was Slayz0r who was demoted since he didnt come on forums in like 20 days as a raid leader without saying anything.
Maybe 20% or even 40% warn should be given here, but this is for council to decide.
The punishment will make him learn what he did was wrong, but not make him want to think we are all out to get him as soon as he does something wrong.
Most people are being bias on the fact that it is keanu, as I would be normally, but you have to be unbias in situations like this. If it had been someone else, such as me, would everyone want me demoted to guardian? or even kicked?
As much as I disagree with Keanu's rank like alot of other member, demotion is not warrented for this, but this should be dealt with harshly.

I really hope people dont think im causing a fuss, but its just I thought we stood for more...I dont want him demoted. Definately not, I just want him to understand what he did was wrong, and that he shouldnt be doing it...at all..especially him.

I just have to say that I hope council makes the right decision.
I have nothing against either party but to me trust is given to our ranks and if a rank can do this to their clan mates, sorry but that is total not right.

I would actually say it would warrant anyone's demotion. Staff are expected to uphold the honor of WG above and beyond that of a normal member. I don't agree with the whole process, rank, etc in the first place. This just proves he's not responsible enough to be trusted.
