November Promotions

It is that time again to discuss promotions.

Our current list of Guardians:

I believe I have included everyone that is eligible to be promoted to a higher rank. I have my choices but I would like to hear yours. If anyone really stands out to you as a great member over the past month just mention that as well. They can also be on our Elite list.

Guardian -> Higher

Toughie.

I like Angel, Dan, Kat, Joey, and Zooby. They're all pretty active and great to the community. Angel, Dan, and Joey are all pretty new so I'd say Kat and Zooby.


Higher -> Elite

Jayson or Rodney... would have to say Jayson though. Overall great members.

Theboy126 for Higher, Armybuilder1 and Kung man149 for Elite.

Ooh we do them in Level Two now, that's cool, more opinion.

Haven't been active much so I'm not sure, I'll post next time!
But I don't oppose to the ones mentioned thus far.

Army got higher last month right?
And Kung is cool but he refuses to train.. (been like under 105 for like two years..) and I hardly see him at raids.

Maths Mark Jason Rodney and Army are all active and pretty close to elite however Army was only promoted last month
Maths had the entire thing with Vephy

joey kat and zooby for higher

angel kat zooby and joey are all astonishing members who i believe deserve a promotion.

Kat with her time in wg and continuous efforts of being a participant in events.

Angel because he is active and nice and is definitely a contributor to our community.

Zooby because he is active and always ready to raid, also him being a higher guardian would allow him to put his mind into our clan decisions that we make in higher security forums.

Joey because he is active and is very interested in making wg better.

Yeah it's Kat's time for promotion. Sorry we were seeming to be biased against her but you had to trust that. Others look good, unless there is some issues about any, I don't see any.

Zooby had issues with Justin, that caused major drama.

Kirk and Joey seem to be good choices this month to go to higher. Maybe next month for the other two. We don't need to promote all 4 in a month. Kirk and Joey stand out over the other two in activity and behavior. Katt is event active and extra nice person but isn't really fully active in other areas of the clan.

For Elite:

Our three top choices are Rodney, Kung and Army. I think promote Rodney and Kung gets MOTM. Kung helped with a sucide possible thing til I got on line to talk to the member. That shows some real care to the clan. Others just said stuff like attention seeker. Really if it was for attention, just give it to them. They might just need it. Maybe next month for Army, he was just promoted.

Not only did Kat say she was back a week ago but keep in mind this is for rank promotions and not MotM... and do Kirk and Joey get involved in other areas of the clan? Not from what I've seen... plus she even recruited him lol....

And whatever drama Zooby cause I've never heard anything about it so it couldn't of been that bad?

Kirk and Joey still stand out as the two to promote. Maybe next month.

You guys see her as super friendly which she is with "some" of WG. But she doesn't greet people in IRC or even post like on the forum for intros. She lacks forum activity. Really she sticks to only talking with a few people on TS as well.

Randy feels that Kirk is not a great choice too. So maybe only Joey this month.

Is there any one that thinks Joey doesn't deserve Higher?

I think he is our best choice for this month.

No one seems to disagree with Rodney to Elite and Kung for MOTM?

I'll check back but really Tom and Alain are both great members.

Joey for higher sounds good, Rodney for elite sounds good, and Kung for MOTM sounds good.

I think Zooby deserves higher too, though. I don't know what happened with him and Justin though, was it that big of a deal?

i think it might hurt kat if she doesnt get promoted, also hurting wg her being a special member enough to be recognized for a promotion
i dont see her leaving wg for it, but i do see her not being the same person as she was befor

Katt deserves some recognition and i think that it would mean alot more to her if she was given higher and she does deserve it.

Katt has not said anything to me. She seemed very happy with her MOTM. If she is whining to you guys you just need to be straight about it and I'll talk to her.
