Hey guys, just a heads up for those of you that don't know me. If thats even possible.

I'm Stokenut, but you can call me Steve.
A lot of you have been asking me what my plan are for right now.
Although I haven't had a lot of time to plan, because of no life summoning to stay on the front page, I'll make a shortlist for you.

-Recruitment
I plan to require you all to have just one friend intro this month. I'll make a post on this. Surely all of you have at least 1 friend that can intro to this clan. This will boost activity in the long term and could potentially double activity within 2 weeks.

-Inactive members
I'll be doing an inactive sweep later today or tomorrow morning. Leaders will not be overlooked. If i deem a leader inactive and the other skills leaders agree, He will be removed and an election will take place.

-Competitive Skilling
I'll be finding a way for us to compete while we skill. Most probably against another clan just for kicks.

-Requirements Raise
The current skills requirements are pathetically low at best. Another leader is working on them and if all goes well, within the week we'll have higher requirements. To ensure we have skillers joining and not randoms that just want to be in a clan.

-Teamspeak
The majority of the skills sector are not using teamspeak. I don't understand he reason for this. One of the main reasons for being in the skills sector is to make bonds of friendship to make skilling more fun. Teamspeak is a useful resource for this. You don't even have to have a microphone. I want every member to get teamspeak, any member without it must have a very good reason.

Theevil is an incredible leader, one of the best i know and it woiuld be a huge blow to the sector if he were to be demoted.
Btw you can name us "other skill leaders" you know

Btw can all the skill leaders be involved in activity sweeps like we used to do.
Last one we did, all the skills staff gathered in an irc channel and went through the memberlist deciding whether to kick or pm people in the sector.
