Morgan/Scarface Retiring

Morgan wants emeritus and asked me about it and I said that I could not do that. He doesn't have the rank. So basically Gene, unless you want it given to him, I'm going to make him ex-member. It is up to you. I know how you love the old skoolers.

He came back vanished we removed him for a while and he's come back again I haven't seen him around at all apart from Teamspeak, I personally would say no.
