happy turkey day

wanted to stop by briefly to wish everyone a great day TODAY. it's 12:00 am @ the eastern united states and i'm getting ready to pack some pounds all day tomorrow as i make the rounds.

hopefully i won't get a heart attack and die. in which case i'm pretty sure i should have taken the red pill *pun intended*.

retired from rs on august of 2010. but i've kept up with my old habits and did get my goal done way to early so i need a new challenge to keep in shape.

other than that i've been giving myself things to do and deciding what to outside of rs that can be more productive/fulfilling and challenging.
