The Battle for Runescape

~ The Idea ~
The idea for Battle for Runescape came from a book I read a long time ago, in the book they separated possible candidates into armies where they devised there own tactics and formations, and fought one another.

It seemed like such a good idea, I thought of how I could apply it to WG. I ended up with Battle for Runescape, which is small teams of 4 WG members facing each other in combat for the glory of there Army and hopes to win the Battle for Runescape Championship.









~ The Outcome ~
With the creation of BFR it's my hope that it will create a new mentor system for WG. With improvements to our pvp ranks including tanking and following piles. The commander is responsible for training and educating you in pvp.

~ The Process ~
- Each battle will be P2P
- Each week there will be a battle
- The week prior circumstances and times for the fight will be chosen by the commanders
- Army battles will take place on a Saturday or Sunday
- Army's will be placed with members in similar time zones (teams will be picked by myself and the other commanders)
- The tournament will be a double elimination with the winning Army all receiving a months membership.

~ Player Substitution ~
- If an Army is lacking in members for the battle, a substitution will be made for that player by a non-participating commander.
- You will be eliminated from the current fight if two or less members are present with the other Army being the victor.
- Permanent substitution for players is possible if someone is consistently inactive or something dire has happened.

~ The Application ~
To become part of the Battle for Runescape you must apply, you must be willing to work with your commander, and participate in all of your fights. You will be noticed and penalized if you're inactive.

Those that are emeritus cannot apply, if you're not active enough to be a member, there is no way you could be active enough for this.

Sounds like a cool idea. got work Sat 2:30pm - 8:30 pm (so a battle starting at 9pm GMT i can make) and Sunday til 4pm at the latest GMT so any after 4:30pm GMT i can make all sunday battles.
