Minecraft?

Well as some of you may know..

WG LIEK MIENKRAFT!!

So. You saw this game with absolute shitty graphics, and you want to play too, but can't because it costs like $20 now?

NO PROBLEM



First of all, you'll want the files themselves. Which, I have uploaded for you personally! DON'T YOU FEEL FUCKING SPECIAL?!

Yes you do, you silly pirate you.

Download this!

Now, as that is downloading, listen to this.

Now you have that downloaded, you'll need to show hidden folders in your C:/ Drive!
If you can already see them, go find this folder



If not, follow this guide.

First off, you should have the minecraft stuff downloaded now. Extract to wherever, and go into the first folder. Extract the .Minecraft_1.2.2 folder into the Roaming folder, then click OK.

You should see .minecraft at the top of your Roaming folder now!

You're not quite done yet. Go back to the other folder that you extracted originally, seen here.


The .rar file named Minecraft, extract that. The folder there labeled minecraft, open it. The two files labeled Minecraft and Version, that's what you want.

Go back to your Roaming folder, then go into .minecraft, then bin.
Should look similar to this.


Now, back to your minecraft folder with the two files named Minecraft and Version, copy those into your bin folder, and allow them to overwrite. This now updates your Minecraft version to beta, and allows you to play online on Orthux's server!

Now to play, at any time, just go into your .minecraft folder, and doubleclick on Minecraft.



If it works, you should see this


If it didn't work, you fucked up. Try again.

Now, don't bother typing in a username, just click play Offline, and you're good to go!

Also, I'm not sure as to why, but when connecting to a server like this, my name comes up as "Player". I'm not sure if everyone else will have the same name or what.

I've been watching Simon & Lewis (WoW Players) from Yogscast play through 27 episodes of it and it looks bloody great, when I get some time I'll buy it & play it with you guys!
