PC problem....

Well, before my pc had ran fine but suddenly i had a couple programs lose connection/stop working like Mozilla and Steam and when i pressed CTRL ALT DEL, the task manager didnt come up like it had done countless times before. Now only the USER Tab shows up and no other tabs are there......
How do I make it go to the task manager again? Im totally lost. And google has no answers.

Post a full screenshot of your screen without blanking **** out, it makes it easier.
