Our New Raid Leaders

Okay we have 5 to choose from:

1. Keanu
2. Aragon
3. Armybuilder
4. Luke
5. Jayson

I'll go through the list and discuss each.

1. Keanu ~ leaving topic.

2. Aragon ~ seems to really care about the clan. Been here two months and fits in very well. Some drama surrounding Keanu at his FM 99. But I feel he had a right to be upset. I support his promotion to Raid Leader.

3. Tom/Armybuilder ~ has been a very active member of WG for over a year. He has some anger issues at times and can use poor judgment. He has another clan but when I look at his attendance it really hasn't been an issue. I want Tom promoted immediately to Elite Guardian I know it is not in the normal thing to do. He will be one of my Elite Mentors and I think he will be great at that and I feel it will give him the rank to try out hosting pvp and us the chance to see how he does with it. We really need to give him this chance. I fully believes he is ready to step up in WG and we shouldn't hold him back.

4. Luke ~ he is a nice person and well liked in the clan overall. The problem is that I don't see him as a staff person. He has had issues with other clan members and unable to deal well on his own with it. I think in time he will be ready to step up for WG. I think we could consider him as a Higher Guardian in this months promotions.

5. Jayson ~ He has the desire to lead. He has probably applied like 15 to 20 times for raid leader since I have known him. He was an event leader for the Aussies. He really just needs some direction and I think his calling can improve. I am supporting his promotion to raid leader.

These seem to be the best choices to me. I know that it might appear bias to make Armybuilder Elite but it is very deserved and I think the right thing to do. If we decide to go with this list, I can post it in the morning or as soon as I've heard from most of you.

Given that Justin and Jordan are gone, Jayson's promotion makes a certain sense. However since he was at the IRL meeting, I can't be the one to nominate him as I don't want to play favourites.

As for Aragon, yes. He is very experienced as well.

Tom should get promoted, and Luke I am not sure about. I support 3/4 decisions. Luke just hasn't given that little extra bit that makes a higher guardian.

Why are we promoting people to positions other than raid leader? Can we save that for later in the month, please?

As for raid leader, Aragon and Jayson seem like the logical choices to me. However, we should ask Jayson to get a new microphone. The one he has currently is not very clear.

For me, Luke is out of the question.
Aragon being in a team is not a problem, as it is a CWA team lol.
He has experience and similar goals to me.
I want WG to become a force in PVP Orthux.
Not to the extent of top clans, but a step up from where we are.

As for Tom's promotion, do it seperately.
He missed the last one, and he really does deserve it.
The only reason he hasn't been made a leader already is because he is an events leader for another clan.

An events leader for another clan, a member of a another team, and he's in that team EWOK shit (not really a team, since it only has like 6 people, but he constantly spams crap regarding it at raids, which I find arrogant and disloyal). Don't really think he's elite guardian material.

I realize that, but it would have been nice to at least acknowledge my issue with doing non-raid leader promotions. It doesn't seem like you, or anybody else, read my post about that.
