Idk what to do anymore

Hey guys, Joey here. Well, something has been like, not to well for me in this clan anymore and I seriously had a major talk with Gene and told me to talk about it here. First off when I was talking to him, I managed to tear (not cry) thinking about certain things I was saying and he was saying.

Why'd you think I joined this clan for? I wanted to be part of a family (in rs) that I can count on to be their. Besides that, I also wanted to be a Raid Leader sooner or later, but I'm way to inactive to notice any of the topics. I'm glad for Aragon and Jayson for getting their ranks ; Congrats.

Another thing is, anytime I'm on IRC and TS3, i don't feel welcomed their anymore, and I don't think I feel welcome in this clan anymore. Getting yelled at, getting smart with, acting more better then me. I'm only 15 managing to take bullshit. I just don't know what to do and it kills me to write this about.

All my friends in school have changed into complete ass holes. Their for I have limited friends. I'm not a loser trust me. I have all the same friends since year one of HS. They just changed into different people their fore i can't count on them anymore. I just keep people very limited now days (IRL). But in rs, everyone is my friend. Or used to be.. their fore i don't think i feel welcomed or just as i did the first month i was here in WG.

I don't know what to do, my feelings are hurt in different ways by writing this out, and I'm just comfused about being in this clan anymore.

EDIT: ^ I just feel like an outsider of this clan ; a stranger.

Joey, don't worry about any of this. These feelings are perfectly natural, everyone has them, i know i have questioned my place in WG more than once.

You belong in WG. You are a great member, and that is proved by your recent promotion to Higher Guardian.

I for one, really value your company. You have made some good events in the past and I would encourage you to continue making them.

If you really want to be a Raid Leader then do keep trying. Raid Leader spots do come around quite often, so look out for them and just keep trying - it will happen eventually if you are committed!

You're a great guy and a great friend and WG would not be the same without you Joey.

We all get this feeling sometimes, I mean not knowing what to do. You just gotta tough it through, cause no matter what, theres always something worse that could be the situation.

Look... I feel very sorry if I personally didn't treat you with what you deserved to be trated with, but i think that it is very complicated. Perhaps if when you felt like that, feeling that people aren't treating you well or whatever, you should publicly expose that to let everyone know WHY you feel neglected/left over and what makes you feel like that, because I haven't personally witnessed any such situations. Just trying my best to help.

Joey, you're a good kid. You don't deserved to be yelled at. I promise to stand up for you if anybody dares yell at you for any reason.

As for your position in the clan, it's up to you what you want to do man. If you don't feel like you have the time or power to stay as a Guardian, it's alright. You can always come back when you feel you're ready for it.

If you ever want to meet up I can take the train down to Brooklyn someday and even though you're few years younger we can chill for a bit.

First I want to say how much I love to chat to you on TS. I think you should stay in the main channel with us all more. We enjoy you being around. I know some of us get annoying at times but don't you have a cousin or Uncle like that.

Second, you belong in WG. Real life can come along and beat any of us up at times. I don't want you to leave just cause you get a little busy in real life. When you are ready come jump right back in there and help WG.

Third, age is a number and I don't feel that being 15 is a bad thing. You still have much in life to discover and the excitement of exploring things is just opening up for you. Embrace these years now and enjoy them. They are only the start of what will be a great life for you.

Lately, I have had a really busy schedule so if I am less talkative that is why. WG is exploding with exciting things atm. I have to admit I am really enjoying all this excitement of new members and Jagex coming to our events. In general WG being successful in what I see as success not what the clan world ranks on people.
