Recently there has been a few phishing links going around in IRC. To prevent your nickname from being stolen, EVERYBODY should type this once connected and identified on IRC:
/ns set kill quick
You will get a message that looks like:
[12:18 PM] -NickServ- Protection is now ON, with a reduced delay.
Lordy has typed it, now nobody will be able to send phishing links as if they change their nickname to His_Lordship, it will change to Anonymous#'s after a few seconds without being identified.
This will help prevent phishing/scamming links in the future.
