I'm really thinking twice about Army's promotion.

During a raid just because I muted teamspeak (This is from his warn log)

AND, he thinks I delayed the Solace war for myself.

I understand his frustration, but hear me out.

I delayed the Solace war because it was on the day Nex was released.

I did NOT do this so I can go to Nex myself. I haven't even been to Nex yet.

I delayed it because I knew since it was a new boss, and supposedly the hardest one in the game, people would rather go do Nex instead of war, and possibly even skip the war to go to do that. So, for BOTH clan's benefit, I delayed it until Friday so everyone will have it all out of their system.

If he goes through with that, I will personally demote him to Guardian myself.

I don't know why you think a person like this would make a good Elite Guardian, much less a Raid Leader.

He did talk to me about the Nex thing and Solace war. I didn't see him say anything in public channel against you.

He did think it was for yourself and thought it was selfish. I recall telling him that people would probably not want to come with a new boss out. That it would involve a lot of members. He wasn't the only one that said something about the delay. I thought it was settled when he talked to me, so I don't know if that was before or after he talked to me.

I'm surprised about the Boss Hunting comment on the war thread. That looks like something Joe would do over post count. Obviously he is still mad about the war. I'll have to have a talk with him again.

I'm glad you brought it up anyway. He should not be going from member to member talking about you. The fact that he went to two staff is a bit disturbing.

The date on the Warn Log is after he got promoted? I mean seriously that makes no sense on his part. I'm a little upset with that tbh. I wasn't expecting him to be a such a jerk after already getting a warn from Kevin like about a month ago. He had seemed to me like he really changed.

I'll think on this more and talk to him and post back later.

Well we don't do demotions, but I think he's being a real dick.
