in other news, i was shocked to find out he had been in WG for a year. He should be at least 115.

I joined WG at 107, and was maxed melee by the time I was in WG in a year.. So there's no excuse. :|

I would be inclined to buy him another USB wireless adapter, as I assume that's what the "internet stick" is, but I'm not so sure that would solve the problem.

whats the point in holding on to him if he doesnt train combat or attend events?

but tbh... combat isn't only *his* issue... at lordy's clan quest I couldn't attack 60% of the people that ran by me, what bullshit.

I'm not sure I get the complaint by Aragon. The people you are mostly complaining about are only in starting out with WG. Our requirements welcome then in. as should all of us.

Check out the list 2 Elites, 1 higher and 3 Guardians, and everyone else is Trial Guardian. You are not being fair to the trials. It is our rules that let them join. I did the f2p list too. I went from DZ cause I love him and look at how he is getting that account up. He asks for help with whip and whatever. He keeps at it.

You cannot simply get rid of Alain for not training or the fact that he is a lower lvl and "you think" he should be maxed by now. That just isn't going to happen. If you think he is hurting the community or our pvp by not attending that is way different thing. Every one reading this has authority to give warn levels.

Being in staff means we have to enforce the rules as well as following them. It really would be an injustice to him to be be racist to him based on combat level.

What does Alain do for WG, other than prove that he has anger management issues by telling stories of what he tells girls on Facebook?

All I'm saying is - he does NOTHING for WG besides come on IRC and bitch about girls involved in his real life. He talks to people, but otherwise, he gives nothing to WG.

From that we see he's attended 56 events. Been in WG since October 2009.

For him to meet the MINIMUM attendance requirement of WG, he should be at -at LEAST- 64 total events.

This is the last event he's attended.

I'm not having a go at him JUST for not training, because that just stacks on to what he DOESN'T do for WG.

5 combat levels in 15 months.

Kyle, you need to be confident man. Just flat out tell him whats up.

Why not do what you really want to do?

From what I can see these are your complaints:

1. Training

2. Attending Events

3. TS activity

4. IRC gf talk

5. XP gains

So get all your information on each and present it to him. He does mentor at times for his country members. I've seen him talk to disturbed members as well. He may have more friends in WG than you are thinking too.

Everything has to be done in a balance or you end up with a big mess. Good Luck.

Sorry for double post but I just want to say I have one complaint on this. Range level.

1. Training
Alright. Alain, we've already been through this. Looked up for the past year, and you've gained about 1.2m exp total on your account. For a year, that's downright pathetic. Lazy.

2. Attending Events
You honestly claim you're active, when you're not. You haven't attended an event since the start of January, and WG's minimum event attendance requirement is one event a week. Your total attendance puts you at 56 total events.. and by now, you should be at 65 total events to meet the BARE MINIMUM requirements of WG.

You're not active at all. Stop saying you are.

I know that you have a bunch of stuff to deal with IRL.. but just being blunt. Do you even have the time to commit to a clan? From what I can see right now, you don't. You just don't have the motivation OR time to be in a clan right now.

So, just saying. Step up, or step out.

he needs to pick up the slack. combat is one thing but not attending events is another. i dont care how innocent he thinks he is, we can't cut inactives so much slack.

When I talked to him he showed me his xp for like over so many weeks and yes it was not an amount that you or some of the others would train. But it was something more than he had been doing.

I talked to him about the range too. Sorry I just didn't post yesterday.

What he's been doing isn't enough to meet WG requirements. He should've been kicked from WG already because he hasn't attended enough events.
