Okay, what would you think of a Program that coul do the following;
IRC Chat
Voice Chat Servers
Friend List
Screen Shot Archive
Live Streaming Feeds
Screen Shot/Video Sharer
MULTI GAME COMPATIBLE
Well, Xfire has it all.
Let me explain some of the Features,
IRC Chat, Internet Relay Chat- Xfire will let you chat with anyone you would like on any channel you would like to join into, just like our current IRC.
Voice Chat- Just like Teamspeak or Vent, you can Do the exact same, Along with having IRC in the same Program, no more TS Chat.
Friend List- This is outstanding. Let's say I'm playing WoW, your Playing RuneScape... You'll be able to see what I'm playing, wther it be WoW, Rs, GW, AoC, anything you can think of. Anyone you have added. It will let you in a click of a button enter their game if you have it, send them invites so you know you'd like to play with 'em, and much more.
Screen Shot Archive- Let's say you take a Screenshot, it will go to this Archive where now anyone on your Friends List may open to see any one of your Shots.
Live Feeds- Wanna teach someone a thing or two, maybe show em how to GWD. How 'bout you let the Xfire Recorder record your Gaming Screen, while all the time streaming it to the person you want to show. How's that for an interactive guide?
File Sharer- Just like the Screen Shot Arhive this is the same thing, and you can do it with almost any file.
Multi Game- Thin aspect I like most of this, I works with over 1,000 Games, including RuneScape. I for one know I'd love to be able to catch up with WG while I'm playing WoW.
Well, just thought I'd share it with you.
I posted it here because this might be something the Clan in General might consider inputing like IRC/TS.

Oh, yes.
Updates (Patches) are consistantly added so Xfire is all ways up to date.

i use to have Xfire, but never really used it. Sounds really good.

I'm pretty sure that it works for Pc, Mac, and Linux.
But I also can't access the Page right now. Campus blocks it.
So, not 100% sure.

I think so, I mean I use it, half the Counterstrike/Steam world uses it, most TF2, COD4, CS:S Pro teams use it too so im pretty sure its safe. But yea.
and no it is not a keylogger.

I used to use it when I was leader of one rather big Battlefield 2 clan.
But now I don't use it anymore, only when I wanna play Battlefield 2 which is pretty rarely.
