A slight delay

Hello Members of Wilderness Guardians,

I'm making this thread to inform all of you of a situation that has arisen within my personal life. Generally I am a very quiet person but I feel alright telling all of you the current situation in which I am in, how I got into this situation, and now what will be happening within the next month. All of this will provide back story for each of you so that all of you can understand why this is happening.

.:: The Problem ::.

The house that I currently live in is to be put on the housing market to be sold. It has been in my family since 1947 and for the past few years I have lived in this home with my Grandmother. She has decided to move and as a result my Great Grandmother; the home owner, will be putting the house up for sale. I've not yet been given any date in which this will be taking place other than I've been told that it will happen soon.


.:: The Back Story ::.

Before my wife and I got married I had a great job fresh out of High School. I was working two jobs making around $24.00/hr at one job and $8.50/hr + tips at my second job. I put a down payment on a house and was very excited. I got everything settled and then one night I asked Jessica to marry me and she said yes! Life was absolutely superb! I had two excellent jobs, a beautiful fiance, a house, and a family in my future!

On our wedding day, literally about 10 minutes before it was time for me to be up at the altar, I received a phone call from my boss. He was calling to inform me that both of my jobs had been terminated. Not only had my jobs been terminated but more bad news followed the next day when I was informed that my offer on the house had fell through. So being homeless and jobless I came home to Greenville, where I have lived ever since.

Over the past 2 years I've managed to work a few jobs here and there but I simply cannot find any place that needs workers for an extended amount of time. I've gone through two jobs, both of which I was "let go" from due to being "temporary assistance". With my wife being the only one working, and it only being a part time job, and with no places hiring around here, I tried my hand at college.

I have a year of basics under my belt and still I've had no luck finding a job. I've looked everywhere and I've even applied for jobs in 5 other towns that neighbor my own. I keep looking and it's really not easy at all to make ends meet.


.:: What will happen Now ::.

With my house being sold and me having no idea where I'm going or what I'm doing it is hard to say when I'll be leaving and when I will be able to come back. For now all I know is that my wife and I are going to have to relocate completely and find new jobs if we're going to be able to make it on our own. So when I know something more, you will all know something more. I just wanted to inform you all of my current situation so that it does not come as a huge surprise when I vanish off of the face of the earth for awhile. Thanks for spending the time to read this.
