To be honest, I don't know why WG leaders put up with this. My 2 cents, If they see people banging up on anyone, they should be warned and/or punished.

George, what Elize was referring to had nothing to do with the Keanu jokes. She herelf was a target to bullying, which is not acceptable. If I ever experience such a thing I won't be hesitant to give a warn level.
