I used two different PayMo options the first a subscription with a monthly payment the second a single month. For the subscription it got to the point of it was transferring the money and then nothing happened. However after looking at my credit on my pay and go mobile on o2 afterward it had taken £7 from my account. After leaving it for a couple of hours i decided that maybe it was just a glitch. So i retoped up my phone to have another go at getting p2p ready for the return of the wilderness. This time using the single month payment from PayMo. This time it got to the stage where i was waiting for a text so i could put in my code.I know from past experiences that it can take a while but never longer than 30mins or so. Following the instructions from Paymo's website i can go back to add my pin in later to redeem my p2p this is what i chose to do. To check it had debted from my phone's credit and to my surpsie from my £13.50 i had on my phone it now only showed me £3.50... it charged my £10 for my £5 payment... I have no idea whats happening but overcharging me twice on teh same night is disgraceful. Any information to help me find out what has happened would be very helpful Yours Armybuilder1 |
